• Attach to grouted concrete block with a minimum one #5 rebar horizontal in the top lintel block

• Install a minimum of (6) 10d nails into the face of roof member that is on same side as MGT base

The MGT is a connector designed for moderate-load, two-ply-minimum applications. This medium girder tiedown allows flexible installation, with options to install the straps either vertically or wrapped over the top of the multi-ply truss. The MGT can be bolted down into place directly into CMU or in combination with a holdown.
